Want to join the support team for one of the world's largest social media platforms?

If you're a fluent German speaker with a knack for solving problems, we want to meet you!

Your responsibilities:Assist our social media platform's user community.Handle e-commerce-related issues (orders, deliveries, payments, etc.).Ensure users have the best possible experience.Work as part of a team to keep our community satisfied.

What you need to succeed:German (C2) and English (B2) proficiency.Solid understanding of e-commerce.Ability to make logical decisions.Strong communication and empathy skills to handle different types of users.Availability to work rotating shifts.
