We are looking for a CRM Executive to join the team of our client - a reference portuguese .
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
Create and maintain CRM campaigns with the sending of communications via e-mail, SMS, push and inbox;
Manage and segmentate clients' databases;
Analyze and optimize campaigns in order to improve conversion and retention;
Create automatized cycles of communication for conversion and reactivation;
Cooperate with other departments to ensure the efficiency of CRM strategies.
What is required from you?
Degree in Marketing, Information Management, Engineering or similar;
Minimum of 02 years of experience in a CRM role;
Knowledge of conversion, retention and reactivation indicators;
Good analytical and results evaluation skills;
Good knowledge of Excel and IMS tools;
Experience in web products management will be valued;
Experience in the gaming area will be valued;
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
