Your day-to-day responsibilities As a Consumer Care Specialist, you will represent the brand directly to its customers.

You'll handle a variety of interactions-responding to concerns, providing helpful information, or engaging on social media-all with the goal of making the customer experience smoother and more positive.

You'll use active listening and strong communication skills to understand each situation clearly and address it efficiently.

You'll also give special attention to sensitive inquiries, develop an in-depth understanding of the product range, and help shape a high-quality support experience.

Your input and ideas will play a key role in improving processes and strengthening our service standards.
