In this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products.

Key responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries.

Success in this role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.

Profile
