Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Parts Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator member for a regional office in Lisbon, Portugal.

The role supports the spare parts business across the European region, ensuring optimal availability and timely delivery of parts.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporations headquarters in Japan to align with target commitments and maintain a corporate culture of integrity and compliance.

The successful candidate will lead the Parts Logistics team, fostering a corporate culture of integrity and compliance while driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic warehouse management and logistics.

What You Will Do

?

  • Support the spare parts supply chain and logistics initiatives to ensure high service levels
  • Develop and administer warehousing and logistics policies and guidelines
  • Manage warehouse functions including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
  • Ensure team training and qualifications are sufficient for assigned tasks
  • Oversee inventory and quality-related controls and tasks

Your Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in customer service and parts warehouse positions
  • Knowledge of FUSO products, technologies, and customer service operations
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills
  • Proficiency in English, with regional European languages preferred
