If you are proactive, customer-focused and motivated to work with international brands, this opportunity is for you As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience within a fast-paced BPO environment Where will you work?

Lisbon, Portugal - 100% On-site (Sete Rios) What will your responsibilities be?

Support customers via phone, email and chat; Manage inquiries related to online purchases and orders; Resolve incidents efficiently with a solution-oriented approach; Meet quality and performance standards.

What do you need to succeed?

Native or fluent Dutch (Netherlands or Belgium); Good level of English; Strong communication skills and customer orientation; Ability to work in a dynamic environment; Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
