Support customers via phone, email and chat; Manage inquiries related to online purchases and orders; Resolve incidents efficiently with a solution-oriented approach; Meet quality and performance standards.

What do you need to succeed?

Native or fluent Dutch (Netherlands or Belgium); Good level of English; Strong communication skills and customer orientation; Ability to work in a dynamic environment; Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
