We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who share our commitment to exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who can handle complex tasks with ease and deliver outstanding results every day.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Provide high-quality phone support to French-speaking customers, assisting both existing and potential clients.
- Offer information and support related to products and services, including handling requests such as rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, and address updates within our systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer service.
📋 Requisitos
- Fluency in French at a minimum C1 level (required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
- Flexible working hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 - 21:00.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Porto area.
