We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who share our values of excellence in customer service. This role is ideal for those who excel at simplifying complex tasks and consistently deliver outstanding results.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Provide high-quality phone support to French-speaking customers.
- Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services, including handling requests such as rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
📋 Requisitos
- Fluency in French at a minimum C1 level (required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
- Flexible work hours: Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong customer service mindset.
- Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Porto area.
