We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who share our values of excellence in customer service. This role is ideal for someone who can provide high-quality phone support to French-speaking customers while ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Provide high-quality phone support to our French-speaking customers.
- Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services, including handling requests such as rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
📋 Requisitos
- Fluency in French (minimum C1 level - required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Porto area.
