📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who share our values of excellence in customer service. This role is ideal for someone who can provide high-quality phone support to French-speaking customers while ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Provide high-quality phone support to our French-speaking customers.
    • Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
    • Handle customer requests in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.).
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.

📋 Requisitos

  • Fluency in French at a minimum C1 level (required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00).
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Porto area.
