Customer Service Representative German

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers of international brands, handling inquiries related to online purchases, orders and general support across multiple channels

Where will you work?

Portugal Lisbon (initial on-site training in Sete Rios)

What will your responsibilities be?

Provide customer support via phone, email and chat;

Assist with online orders and follow-ups;

Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently;

Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

What do you need to succeed?

Native or fluent German;

Good level of English;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
