Profile

description:

  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience within the technology industry;
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships at executive level, particularly with IT, Engineering, and Support stakeholders;
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management;
  • Experience demonstrating and applying in-depth product knowledge to align solutions with customer business priorities;
  • Ability to design and execute structured adoption plans, defining current state, future state, and measurable milestones;
  • Skilled in identifying business risks and proactively developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with sales teams;
  • Experience delivering measurable business value, including cost optimization and growth enablement initiatives;
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, DevOps practices, and modern IT monitoring environments;
  • Ability to communicate product updates, lifecycle changes, and technical evolutions clearly and proactively to customers;
  • Experience leading cross-functional post-sales teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience;
  • Capability to prepare and deliver executive business reviews, workshops, demos, webinars, and strategic sessions;
  • Ability to forecast renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and manage portfolio risk effectively;
  • Experience building ROI and value realization models for enterprise clients;
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and manage complex conversations;
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environments;
  • Experience working within or alongside DevOps-driven organizations is a plus;
  • Availability to travel to client sites when required;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

Mandatory requirement: Living in Portugal or holding legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
