If you enjoy helping people and ensuring their peace of mind, this is the perfect opportunity for you! handle customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance products;assist clients with policy details, coverage inquiries, and policy cancellations;support insurance brokers by directing their inquiries to the appropriate channels;maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction; fluent in Dutch (C2 level) – Native or near-native proficiency;english (B2 level) – Intermediate knowledge for internal communication;strong communication and interpersonal skills;friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach; ability to remain calm under pressure;previous experience in customer service is a plus;
