We're on the hunt for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our client, a leading financial technology .If you're passionate about providing top-notch support and thrive in a dynamic environment, this work-from-home opportunity is for you!
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:Delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, chat, and email.Accurately documenting all customer interactions, resolutions, and necessary follow-ups within the CRM system.Applying your knowledge of digital wallet products to efficiently troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, team-based retail, hospitality, or customer service environment (preferred).Experience in an internet company, the financial services industry, or as a transaction processor (preferred).Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications.
