Join our international team as a Customer Support Specialist, supporting users, creators, and influencers who depend on high-quality assistance to manage their online presence.

In this role, you’ll guide users through account and subscription management, offer technical support, and ensure a smooth, positive experience across digital platforms.

What You Will Do

Assist users — including content creators and influencers — with subscription, account, and profile inquiries Provide clear guidance on platform features and digital tools Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolutions Communicate via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and clarity Identify trends and recurring issues to improve user experience Training Program Your journey begins with a two-week training period, designed to prepare you for success.

Training is fully compensated upon successful completion, and leads directly to the signing of your employment contract.
