Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.

Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience. native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;intermediate level of English (B2);excellent communication skills;experience in customer service is a plus;
