Are you passionate about providing excellent service and fluent in German with good knowledge of English?

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading insurance company.

If you love helping people and ensuring their peace of mind, this is the perfect opportunity for you! in this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products;key responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries; native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;intermediate level of English (B2);friendly and professional demeanor;strong communication skills;ability to remain calm under pressure;a first experience in customer service is a plus;
