Working closely with property owners and guests, we manage premium assets with a strong emphasis on service excellence, operational efficiency, and attention to detail.
Our team is based in Viana do Castelo, driven to raise the hospitality standard to luxury.
The Role: We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support & Guest Relations Manager to act as a key point of contact for our guests.
This role is central to ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth communication, and consistently high service standards across our portfolio.
What Youll Do Act as the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution with a luxury service mindset.
Support the management team with updates, reporting, and day-to-day operational communication.
Ensure service standards, response times, and brand tone are consistently met.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving internal service processes.
Who You Are Clients are your DNA (mandatory). +3 years of experience in hospitality, customer support, guest relations, or luxury services.
Available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (mandatory).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm and professional approach.
Team player, eager to learn and grow.
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously.
Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable using digital tools and operational systems (Excel / CRM experience is a plus).
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
