Are you passionate about helping people?As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group company, your role will involve providing customer assistance with different channels such as chat, voice and emails, to guarantee and improve a great relationship between the .

You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations.

And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

Your Responsibilities:Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.Collaborate effectively with team members and management.Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively.

What We Are Looking For:Language Skills: Fluency in both Dutch (C1) and English (C1), both spoken and written (mandatory).Education: High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory).Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer-centric mindset (mandatory).Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a professional, friendly attitude.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
