We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist (German Speaker) to join our team.

Based in a dynamic and multicultural environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Handle inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, professional, and accurate responses.

Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company's system.

Collaborate with other departments to solve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance processes and service quality. requisitos/requirements Fluency in German (written and spoken) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer requests effectively.

Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus. oferta/offer base salary: ?1030/month performance bonus up to ?140/month. meal allowance: ?7.23 per working day. complexity bonus of 20?/month; working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. weeekends off! permanent contract (3-month trial period).

Location: Braga, Portugal (office-based).
