Do you thrive in a dynamic and global environment?We are recruiting for a leading global marketplace for refurbished devices, where only the top refurbishers are chosen to sell in their plataform.As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the heart of our customer interactions, offering warm, professional service and swiftly resolving any challenges that arise. assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests;resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints;provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools; proficient in German and English, both oral and written;previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
