Customer Support Specialist Irish Market (Lisbon) The Bridge is recruiting Customer Support Specialists for the Irish Market in Lisbon.

We are looking for team players with great attention to detail and the ambition to grow.

Join our international team and contribute to the success of the Irish market.

Role: Act as the first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, or email, ensuring fast, effective, and empathetic support;Handle inquiries and requests independently and efficiently;Manage complex cases from start to finish, including investigations and disputes;Support fraud detection and prevention processes;Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations;Share knowledge and support the onboarding of new colleagues;Adapt to different tasks and evolving business needs.

Profile

English level C1/C2 (mandatory);Minimum of 12 months experience in customer service or in the banking, finance, or insurance sectors;Clear communication, empathy, and customer-oriented mindset;Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage complex situations independently;Adaptability and enthusiasm for dynamic environments;Confident with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
