Are you fluent in Italian and English?Do you have a passion for helping others and an interest in home appliances?We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our client's customer support team in the office.If you enjoy providing solutions and enhancing customer experiences, this is your opportunity to work with a leading home appliances , polite, and friendly reception according to relevant Quality Guidelines and quality KPIs;providing consumers with most appropriate information and correct solution, aligned with customerquery and according to Buyer’s procedures and processes;adding sales whenever possible, suiting both the company and customer needs;operate and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of operations.

What We Are Looking For:native or advanced Italian (C2) proficiency;intermediate level of English (B2);excellent communication skills;experience in customer service is a plus;
