We are currently seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our growing team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work with leading global brands in the digital advertising space and support high-value clients.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Support High-Level Clients: Provide support via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist Customers: Help customers with the self-serve advertising platform and related tools.
- Pre-and Post-Sales Support: Offer pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve technical issues such as bugs or delivery errors.

📋 Requisitos
- Fluency in Dutch (Mandatory): Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
