We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer, to integrate the team of our client - a .

This professional can be based in Lisbon or Oporto.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

  • Define Security Controls, implementing technical security measures aligned with architectural guidelines and internal policies, ensuring security by design principles are applied across all projects and operations;
  • Assess technical risks and propose effective protection measures for systems, networks, and data to mitigate vulnerabilities;
  • Support the development and documentation of reference security architectures, action plans, and technical security requirements for new projects, while considering evolving threats and digital transformation trends;
  • Participate in operational security activities such as system hardening, compliance checks, deployments, and proof-of-concept testing for innovative cybersecurity technologies.

What is required from you?

  • Academic background in Information Systems or other similar area will be valued;
  • Previous professional experience, at least 05 years of experience, in cyber security;
  • Solid knowledge in tools and solutions like firewalls, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, SASE, ZeroTrust, among others;
  • Knowledge in automation tools will be a plus;
  • Sense of responsibility and commitment;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and objectively his ideas and points of view.
