Location: Lisbon, Hybrid

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Governance & Performance Lead (m/f) to join the Cybersecurity Services area, taking on a leadership and team management role, as well as coordinating cybersecurity governance, performance, and strategic evolution.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the operating model of the Cybersecurity Services Department, managing its programme and roadmap of initiatives, as well as developing and consolidating the Information Security governance model.

You will work in close coordination with areas such as IT, Risk, Data Protection, and Compliance, ensuring the integration of processes, policies, and management systems.

You will also play an active role in defining, measuring, and reporting cybersecurity risk, performance, and SLA indicators, as well as supporting the preparation and control of the department's budget.

We are looking for candidates with a higher education degree in Information Technology or a similar field, a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles within Cybersecurity or Information Security, solid knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF, and fluency in spoken and written English.

Leadership, communication, negotiation skills, autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork abilities are highly valued.

Cybersecurity certifications are a preferred factor.
