B2 level) 📍 Location: 100% remote - you must live in mainland Portugal ⏰ Working Hours: - Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00 or 09h00 to 18h00 (must be available for both shifts) - Days Off - Saturday and Sunday 📚🤓 Paid Training: - Start: 02/03 - 100% online training - training, from Monday to Friday, during regular business hours - training starts only after signing the employment contract 💼 Role: The primary responsibility of the agents will be data annotation for an AI virtual assistant, contributing to the improvement and optimization of the language model. ✅ Key Requirements: - Native language skills and great cultural awareness of the target locale.

• Excellent writing and spelling skills of a target language.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 or above) - Standard knowledge of different operative systems usage - Very good oral and written communication.
• Attention to details and ability to resolve complicated tasks by following certain guidelines.
• Great self-time and efficiency management, hardworking personality - Interest in researching on web (for knowledge improvement) - Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently - Highly organized with great attention to detail and a commitment to quality - Being able to track, analyse, and report issues - Ability to understand and prioritize tasks & issues ✅Additional Requirements - Strong understanding of AI virtual assistants - including what they are and how they function - Familiarity with how AI systems process language and generate responses is considered an advantage - Language education background or a relevant experience in data analysis, labelling and/or annotation is a big plus but not a requirement 💎Compensation: - Base Salary (before taxes): 1,500 € per month (paid in 14 months); 21.000 € per year - Meal Allowance (prepaid card): 7.63 € per working day (approximately, 167.86 € per month; 1,846.46 € per year) - Annual GROSS (base salary + meal allowance): approximately 22,846.46 € per year - Health Insurance: free after 6 months.
