Job Description: We are looking for a Junior Security Technician (1–3 years of experience) to join a team focused on the physical management of Mission-Critical infrastructures and Data Centers.

The role centers on the operation and monitoring of the physical space, supporting power and building management systems, overseeing on-site vendors, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of technical procedures (SOP, MOP, EOP).

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to bridge IT knowledge with the world of Facility Management.

Must-Have:

1–3 years of experience as Security Technician

Technical Foundations: Solid knowledge and technical base in IT and Network infrastructure.

Education: Minimum high school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent technical certification.

Soft Skills: High level of rigor, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

Pressure Management: Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure (essential for acting in Mission-Critical environments).

Professionalism: Strong sense of ethics and professional integrity.

Would be great if you have:

Critical Infrastructure: Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) or critical infrastructure management.

Management Systems: Practical knowledge in operating Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).

Hard Services: Operational notions of electricity, HVAC, and fire detection/suppression systems.

Security & Monitoring: Experience with IP Electronic Security and familiarity with DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) tools.
