Data Engineer

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, predominantly using Databricks;

Develop and optimise batch and streaming data solutions that process large volumes of data efficiently and accurately;

Translate functional and technical requirements into well-structured data models, including 3NF, dimensional, and Data Vault models;

Work with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake to deliver analytics-ready datasets;

Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability through validation, monitoring, and robust error-handling mechanisms;

Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices to automate testing, deployment, and release of data solutions;

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analytics engineers, and data scientists to support reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.

What you are like

Proficient in data engineering concepts and experienced in building cloud-based data pipelines;

Strong in SQL and/or Python, with a solid understanding of data processing and transformation;

Comfortable designing and working with data models such as 3NF, dimensional, and Data Vault;

Experienced with modern data platforms such as Databricks and/or Snowflake;

Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD-driven development practices;

Knowledgeable about at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP);

Able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions;

Clear and effective communicator, with English proficiency at B2 level or above.
