Contract Type: , Permanent Work Model: On-site The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of business clients, support their digital transformation journeys, and help them maximize the value of modern productivity and cloud-based tools.

Main Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts, focusing on long-term relationships and strategic value.

  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Promote digital solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and business performance.
  • Provide guidance on cloud services, licensing options, and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver tailored solutions for each client.
  • Track and analyze account performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries in a structured and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all account interactions and strategies.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of the overall customer journey.

Candidate Profile - Strong proficiency in English (mandatory); other European languages are a plus.

  • Previous experience in account management, digital sales, or B2B consulting.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, licensing models, or digital productivity tools is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric approach and consultative attitude to solution selling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a structured team environment.
