Voltalia’ s subsidiary for the O&M and EPC third party services is looking for a Digital PMO Analyst to join the PMO Solutions team — a business expert function — and collaborate closely with all Business Lines and support functions within Voltalia’s Operations & Services (O&S) area.
This includes the EPC and O&M business lines, as well as other support areas such as the Engineering team, Contract Management, and Procurement.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Integrate PMO solutions to optimize operations daily work.
- Take a hands-on approach to the agile design, development, and analysis of PMO digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, actively engaging in the practical implementation and troubleshooting of solutions.
- Maintain, promote and improve awareness of PMO solutions, best practices, processes and SharePoint sites and databases.
- Support management of the implementation and operation of PMO digital solutions while working closely with IT team when implementing transversal solutions within O&S area framework.
- Support the analysis, development and improvement of O&S area procedures, processes, and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Maximum 2 years’ experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge in Office 365 productivity apps.
- Knowledge in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps or Power Automate is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (nice to have).
