Contract Type: , Permanent Workload: 100% You will support users of a well-known international brand in the consumer electronics sector, helping them with product questions, device troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

Main Responsibilities - Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist users with questions about electronic devices and related digital services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues such as connectivity problems, device errors, or account-related difficulties.
  • Guide customers through warranty processes, repairs, and product information.
  • Deliver high-quality, friendly, and solution-focused interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Share recurring customer insights to help improve product and service quality.

Candidate Profile - Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory) good level of English.

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable with technology, smartphones, and smart devices.
  • Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support or tech assistance is an advantage, but not required.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
