Contract Type: , Permanent Workload: 100% You will support users of a well-known international brand in the consumer electronics sector, helping them with product questions, device troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

Main Responsibilities - Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with questions about electronic devices and related digital services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues such as connectivity problems, device errors, or account-related difficulties.
- Guide customers through warranty processes, repairs, and product information.
- Deliver high-quality, friendly, and solution-focused interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Share recurring customer insights to help improve product and service quality.
Candidate Profile - Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory) good level of English.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable with technology, smartphones, and smart devices.
- Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or tech assistance is an advantage, but not required.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
