We are recruiting for several positions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, ranging from functional specialists to technical developers and ALM-focused roles.

If you have experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform, there may be a perfect match for you.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

Depending on your profile, you may be responsible for:

Dynamics 365 Specialist

  • Support business and project teams in the correct usage, stability, and evolution of the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Customize, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Ensure platform performance, functional alignment, and adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Dynamics 365 CE Developer

  • Develop C# plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript/TypeScript components
  • Build integrations using Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate
  • Configure model-driven apps, Dataverse security, and solution management
  • Manage deployments through Azure DevOps and follow ALM best practices

Lead Dynamics 365 CE Developer

  • Lead technical delivery across the full project lifecycle
  • Design and implement scalable D365 CE architectures and integrations
  • Develop complex plugins, PCF controls, and advanced automation flows
  • Establish DevOps pipelines, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams

Release Manager - Dynamics 365 / Power Platform

  • Coordinate and control release and deployment processes across multiple environments * Ensure compliance with governance standards, solution segmentation, and dependency management * Oversee ALM activities, including solution packaging, versioning, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and support teams to ensure stable and secure releases

What is required from you?

  • Professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, Power Platform, or ALM), with seniority depending on the role
  • Strong knowledge in one or more areas: custom development (C#, JavaScript), solution configuration, integrations, Dataverse, Power Apps, or release management
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or ALM practices will be valued
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
  • Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English
