We are currently looking for an O2C/ Accounts Receivable representative fluent in English to join the team of a multinational company.

Porto

Monday to Friday, hybrid regime

Your mission

  • Invoice and Payment Processing;
  • Handle disputes, cash applications and the billing needed;
  • Ensuring accurate billing in accordance with contracts and sales orders
  • Online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;
  • Validate or complete accurate and timely reporting.

What you need to embark on this mission

  • Fluency in English;
  • At least 6 months' experience in a similar position;
  • Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency;
  • Dynamism, proactivity and initiative;
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills;
  • High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
