Description
We are looking for a reliable, proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based real estate team.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who is organized, communicates well in English and can take initiative when managing tasks.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects through email and messaging, following up consistently, updating and managing CRM systems such as HubSpot, keeping pipelines organized and supporting ongoing business development activities
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in lead generation, outreach or sales, strong written English skills since this is a client-facing role, someone who is organized and pays attention to detail, experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or similar, and someone who is proactive and able to work independently
Nice to have
Experience working in real estate, experience working with U.S.-based clients, familiarity with outreach tools or automation
Work details
This is a full-time remote role, you will be working during U.S. Eastern Time hours, this is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth based on performance
Compensation
Monthly salary between 800 and 900 USD depending on experience
