We are looking for a French‑speaking Payroll Specialist to join an international payroll team supporting multiple countries across the EMEA and Asia‑Pacific regions.

This is a maternity leave cover, offering a hybrid work model while collaborating with a global, multicultural team.Client DetailsOur client is a leading multinational in the healthcare sector, recognised for its strong international presence and commitment to high‑quality standards.

With a collaborative and people‑focused culture, the .Description Process payroll transactions accurately and on Reconcile and validate payroll reports to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Manage taxation of employer‑paid benefits, including third‑party payments and related reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll vendors; support system improvements and process optimisation.

Conduct compliance checks, audits, and support month‑end/year‑end closing activities.

Prepare and deliver complex HR and financial reports, including ad hoc analyses.

Resolve employee payroll queries promptly while ensuring adherence to SOPs and internal policies.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and act as a key point of contact for auditors.

Profile

Up to 3 years of multi‑country payroll experience, ideally within shared services or a CoE environment.

Strong understanding of payroll best practices, compliance and confidentiality requirements.

Fluent in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); familiarity with Workday is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
