We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our Software Development & R&D team, contributing to the development of scalable web platforms, mission-critical backend services, and real-time systems.

This role requires strong ownership across the full software lifecycle—from architecture

and development to testing, deployment, and operational support

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications supporting drone operations and mission management.

Build and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/WebSockets) for real-time data

exchange.

Develop responsive frontend interfaces and dashboards for monitoring, control, and analytics.

Integrate real-time telemetry, messaging, and streaming systems.

Work with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) for data storage, analytics, and traceability.

Collaborate on system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.

Ensure security best practices, authentication flows, and data protection compliance.

Write clean, modular, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.

Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production systems.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software, avionics, autonomy, and operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in full stack software development in the areas of aviation, robotics, or us systems.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).

Solid experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar).

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based systems.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

• Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.

Willingness to travel occasionally for testing, validation, and deployment activities.
