What we are looking for

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer;
• Strong experience with React / Next.js / TypeScript;
• Proven ability to ship production systems;
• Comfortable across frontend, backend, and AI integration;
• Experience or strong interest in GenAI / LLMs / RAG;
• Solid testing and code quality practices;
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments;
• Strong communication skills; customer-facing experience;
• Fluent in English.
