Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer (AI) to join a strategic delivery team within a leading multinational company in the insurance and financial services sector!

In this role, you’ll take ownership of service issues and new developments, drive them to resolution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal AI Web platform.

What You Will Do

Overseeing the development aspects of our Azure GenAI platform, with a specific focus on the Secure GPT service;

Ensuring the performance, quality of service, and security of our web applications;

Driving the development of new features and enhancements;

Resolving complex (L3) technical incidents and contributing to product evolution;

Collaborating with a small team of developers to design, develop, and deliver new functionalities;

Identifying opportunities for automation and service improvement in Web Operations;

Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements;

Defining and implementing KPIs to monitor product usage and user behavior, enabling data-driven decisions.

What you are like:

Experience in Javascript development (NextJS/React for frontend, Node.js for backend);

Expertise in API operations and Azure API applications;

Proficiency in Github/DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);

Experience with Terraform and/or Bicep;

Familiarity with generative AI technologies like chatGPT or Claude.ai (plus);

Knowledge of data security and regulatory frameworks;

Fluency in English.
