What is this challenge about

Performing functional analysis and creating clear, actionable technical-functional specifications;

Identifying opportunities to extend and evolve existing business processes with new capabilities;

Contributing to business process transformation initiatives and technological innovation;

Supporting the management of product backlogs, ensuring both corrective and evolutionary improvements;

Participating in pre-sales and sales activities, including preparing responses to RFIs and RFPs.

What we are looking for

+3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst;

Experienced in mapping, analyzing, and improving business processes;

Strong background in requirements management and translating business needs into solutions;

Ability to review or produce technological RFPs and support procurement activities;

Skilled in designing technological solutions that support and enhance business operations.
