We are looking for a Functional Consultant - Microsoft Finance & Operations to integrate the team of our client - a .

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

Ensure the requirements gathering with the clients, understanding their needs and business goals;

Design, configure and implement solutions;

Develop detailed functional documentation, including requirements specification and user support manuals;

Develop and customize work fluxes, reports, dashboards and automatized processes to optimize the usage of the platform;

Ensure training sessions that may be necessary directly with the clients, promoting best practices in the usage and adoption of solutions.

What is required from you?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or similar;

Minimum of 02 years of experience in IT consultancy with ERP, namely with Microsoft Finance & Operations;

Focused on clients needs, targets and results;

Ability to establish trustworthy relationships and promote team spirit;

Critical thinking and analysis, good planning and organizational skills, and proactivity in searching better solutions to projects and clients;

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
