What is this challenge about:

Analyze functional requirements and business documentation to understand system behavior and expected outcomes.

Design and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and detailed functional test cases.

Execute manual testing on web applications, mobile applications, and internal systems.

Validate business processes, functional rules, and integrations between systems.

Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g.

Jira).

Ensure delivered features comply with defined requirements and quality standards.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and validation meetings.

Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Ensure product quality before each production release.

What we are looking for:

+2 years of experience in manual software testing.

Strong ability to analyze functional and business requirements.

Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Experience testing web and mobile applications.

Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g.

Jira).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Living in Portugal.

Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
