A leading European private equity firm is seeking a Fund Operations Senior Manager to establish and lead a new SPV Administration function in Lisbon.

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly created team, playing a key role in designing systems, processes, and structures from the ground up.

You will drive the internalisation of SPV administration, enhance operational efficiency, and support the firm's continued international growth.

Key Responsibilities: Build and lead the new SPV Administration team in Lisbon (initially 4 team members, with planned expansion).

Design and implement robust systems and processes to insource SPV administration across multiple jurisdictions.

Oversee transaction management and ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Investment teams across Lisbon, London, and Luxembourg.

Contribute to digitalisation and broader transformation initiatives within Fund Operations.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and support ongoing professional development.

What we are looking for: 5-10 years' experience in private equity (within a fund manager or professional services/audit firm).

Strong background in fund operations and SPV administration.

Advanced analytical and digital skills.

Excellent organisational and written communication abilities.

Proven leadership and team development experience.

Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
