What is this challenge about
- Building and maintaining scalable microservices using modern engineering principles;
- Designing high-quality solutions following Clean Architecture, SOLID, and best development practices;
- Working with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC to ensure efficient service communication;
- Developing and integrating LLM-based conversational agents for real business use cases;
- Creating and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines connected to external data sources;
- Evaluating GenAI agents using metrics like relevance, factual accuracy, and context awareness;
- Orchestrating internal fine-tuned models and external AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face);
- Building API wrappers or SDKs to scale AI capabilities across the organization;
- Contributing to cutting-edge AI and microservices architecture in an international environment.

What we are looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Developer;
- Experience in microservices development, ideally using .NET (C#);
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles (Clean Architecture, SOLID, etc.);
- Experience working with REST/gRPC services;
- Knowledge or interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and/or RAG pipelines;
- Ability to integrate and orchestrate AI/LLM services using external APIs or internal models;
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal (full visa support provided).
