We are seeking German and English speakers for an exciting role in Porto to handle customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork. This is not a Call Center position but rather a Back-office role where you will work with international teams, ensuring all customs documentation is completed accurately.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork.
- Ensure all customs documentation is completed accurately.
- Communicate with customers via email to clarify any missing or unclear information necessary for customs clearance in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
📋 Requisitos
- Fluent in German (B2) and good knowledge of English (B2).
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
