We are looking for German and English speakers to join an exciting role in Porto!

The purpose of the role is to

Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork.

Ensure all customs documentation is completed accurately.

Communicate with customers via email to clarify any missing or unclear information necessary for customs clearance.

Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment ensuring precision.

(Not a Call Center position!)

What we are looking for

Fluent in German (B2) and good knowledge of English (B2).

A team player with a can-do attitude.

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

A desire to grow in a multinational, multicultural environment.

What We Offer

Meal allowance 9,60

Schedules from Monday-Friday/ Tuesday-Saturday

700-1600 | 900-1800 | 1400-2300
