📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking German-speaking Customer Consultants to join our Retention team based in Portugal. This role is fully remote and offers 100% of the workload on a permanent contract.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to product usage, billing, account maintenance, and other support needs.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions with customers.
