📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking German-speaking Customer Consultants to join our Retention team in Portugal. This role is remote and offers 100% of the workload on a permanent contract.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products or services.
  • Maintain high standards of communication with customers through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve our products and services.

📋 Requisitos

  • Fluency in German and English (other languages may be considered based on the candidate's experience).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service procedures and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
